I could write a master thesis on the benefits of oregano for the immune system regulation of the human body, but I won’t go into that here. It’s the cheapest thing you could do for great health and immune regularity. Take it when you feel you’re getting sick, take it one week out of the month, take it as your doctor tells you, but it’s just so good for Fighting viruses, bacteria, mold, fungus, just anything gross, oil of oregano is an amazing, beneficial plant medicine for! Couldn’t recommend this highly enough!

Personally have received many health benefits from taking this product. No after taste, seems to be good quality product especially for the value added health benefits. Easy to swallow gel caps.

Oregano Oil Capsules Organic. These are easy to swallow. Inside is a clear oil with a light scent. The capsules come in a resealable foil packet. I like that it is a combination of black seed (cumin) oil and oregano oil.

A little easier to swallow compared to fish oil supplements, so the size is decent enough to where you wont run the risk of choking if you don't swallow hard enough! Cant say I feel immediate effects after consuming these for about a week, I can only hope that its actually delivering promising results, but in comparison between the price and the amount of capsules you get, along with the benefits, I can say its decent! About the same as other fish oil supplements.
